Filling Business to 500 takers at $39.99 per 100 runs to about $2,400 a year. The pattern that hurts is a single wide push: an annual compliance quiz that 900 people take in one fortnight bills against that peak, not the quiet months either side. A steady 80 learners a month, by contrast, is inexpensive and Essentials handles it comfortably.
